Mack performed in an outstanding manner throughout the life of the project. Notwithstanding time constraints, working with mainly part time team members, the challenges of working with a diverse customer in an operational environment while meeting the needs of materiel customers spread across Canada the ultimate goal of a workable system delivered on time was kept clearly in focus.
